The Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer service. This position involves mastering our ERP system, managing inbound calls and inquiries, ensuring accurate order processing, and proactively prospecting for new business opportunities. You'll support the Sales team with timely updates, conduct research, and act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
