Inside Sales Representative – Foodservice/Produce

Location: Atlanta, GA (In-Office)
Industry: Food Manufacturing / Produce Distribution
Compensation: $55,000- $75,000 depending on experience 

Royal Fresh Cuts is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support our growing operations in the foodservice and produce industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building customer relationships, and has experience supporting sales, operations, and account management within the Food & Beverage industry.

The Inside Sales Representative will serve as a key point of contact for customers by managing orders, pricing inquiries, account support, service issues, and business development activities while partnering closely with Operations, Production, Purchasing, and Logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer orders, inquiries, pricing, and service-related issues
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment
  • Support customer accounts, credits, special orders, and account maintenance
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and lead follow-up
  • Monitor customer trends, sales activity, and market opportunities
  • Utilize CRM systems, Excel, and internal software to manage accounts and reporting
  • Collaborate with outside sales and operations teams to improve customer service and fill rates

Qualifications

  • Experience in the Food & Beverage, produce, food manufacturing, foodservice, or distribution industry required
  • Previous inside sales, account management, sales support, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, or order management systems preferred
