As an Inside Sales Rep, you are not just closing a deal and walking away, you are the confident, reassuring liaison between the client and our multiple internal departments, setting the tone for their entire experience.
We do not do cold calling. We invest heavily in marketing so you hit the phones with warm, high-intent leads ready to close. More importantly, we are constantly implementing new resources, tech, and strategies to make sure our team has everything they need to thrive and stack commissions. The Role: Inside Sales Representative
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be the face and voice of our firm. This is a high-volume, rewarding phone sales role requiring consistent hustle and great communication.
- Connect with clients via inbound and outbound calls to analyze their tax challenges.
- Articulate the value of our tax relief services with empathy and authority.
- Manage your sales pipeline and close new business opportunities.
- Update client records within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with a supportive team while crushing your independent monthly targets.
What You Bring to the Table
- Sales Drive: A highly motivated, positive mindset with a desire to hit targets and make money.
- Great Communication: Strong verbal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
- Phone Stamina: Comfortable maintaining a high volume of calls throughout the day.
- Basic Tech Skills: Familiarity with computers and CRM systems (or the ability to learn quickly).
