Position Title: Inside Sales Representative

Job Type: Full-time, Hourly

Description

The Concierge Payment Team is looking for highly motivated, customer obsessed, revenue driven individuals to join our Team.

The primary role of the Inside Sales Representative is to provide proactive assistance for payees in the One Inc Vendor Network, by calling to assist with establishing a digital payment preference and experience. This includes researching contact information, making outbound phone calls, updating contact information, and documenting results.

The Inside Sales Representative will also take responsibility as area Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with Manager on generating targeted list of vendors for call que and assignment to team
  • Work directly with Manager on reporting, coaching and mentoring team
  • Responsible for making daily phone calls and tracking results for each call
  • Responsible for updating technology systems
  • Responsible for meeting daily/weekly targets
  • Maintain high level of professionalism, integrity and provide superior customer experience
  • Maintain a solid knowledge base of Company's products and services

Education & Experience:

  • AA Degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with MS Office, Google Suite, CRM applications
  • Call Center or Customer Service Team Lead or Manager experience
