Position Overview:
We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support customer relationships and revenue growth within a manufacturing environment. This role focuses on managing inbound inquiries, processing RFQs and orders, and supporting quoting and sales activities.
This is primarily an inbound role, with opportunities to expand into outbound sales over time.
Enter and manage RFQs, quotes, purchase orders, and change orders
Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries (phone and virtual)
Support quoting activity and order processing
Maintain and grow relationships within existing customer accounts
Identify and resolve customer issues, escalating when needed
Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Support cross-selling and up-selling efforts
Maintain accurate records and communication throughout the sales process
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
Experience with ERP systems
Background in B2B inside sales or customer service
Associate’s degree in a business-related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of experience in B2B inside sales or customer service
Hourly pay plus annual sales incentive
