Inside Sales Representative - Industrial Distribution | Base + Commission
Location: Carrollton, TX

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will manage existing customer accounts while developing new business opportunities. You'll work directly with customers to provide product recommendations, pricing, quotes, order support, and application guidance while driving sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow customer accounts through relationship-driven sales
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting and follow-up
- Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales opportunities
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
- Process orders, support expediting, and resolve customer issues
- Maintain accurate sales activity, forecasts, and CRM updates
Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of inside sales, account management, or industrial sales experience
- Experience in plastics, industrial distribution, manufacturing, or related materials preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced sales environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required
