Inside Sales Representative

Unified Talent Group is partnered with a growing organization seeking an Inside Sales Representative in the Carrollton TX area, to support customers, sales representatives, and internal teams throughout the sales and service process. This role is responsible for helping resolve customer concerns, identifying sales opportunities, and providing accurate and timely support related to pricing, product availability, and order activity.

In this role, you will communicate directly with customers about troubleshooting issues, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and follow through to ensure concerns are resolved. This position is ideal for someone who is customer-focused, organized, comfortable communicating by phone, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to troubleshoot concerns, identify problems, and support satisfactory resolution
• \n
• Coordinate with internal departments as needed to address customer questions and resolve issues
• \n
• Follow up with customers to ensure concerns are resolved appropriately
• \n
• Provide support for customers, sales agents, and outside sales representatives
• \n
• Assist with sales order entry and related order-processing activities as needed
• \n
• Qualify sales opportunities and support pricing, product availability inquiries, and sales quoting
• \n
• Conduct outbound sales calls to support customer relationships and identify potential opportunities
• \n
• Maintain accurate information through data entry and administrative support responsibilities
• \n
• Communicate professionally and efficiently with customers and internal stakeholders
• \n
• Manage multiple requests and priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree in Business or a related field preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
