TERMINAX, a leading brand in high-performance automotive films, known for innovations in paint protection films (PPF), is currently looking to hire an Inside Sales Representative to support our U.S. sales operations, drive lead conversion, and deliver outstanding customer experiences through proactive communication and service.

Responsibilities
\n
\n
Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls and emails to generate new business opportunities and qualify inbound leads
\n
Proactively send product samples to prospects, follow up consistently, and move leads through the sales funnel
\n
Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and pricing while supporting order processing and contract execution
\n
Partner with marketing to aggressively follow up on campaign leads and convert promotional interest into sales opportunities
\n
Identify customer needs and objections, troubleshoot issues, and follow through to close deals or resolve concerns
\n
Build and maintain strong relationships through frequent touchpoints, upselling, and repeat engagement
\n
Coordinate closely with operations, logistics, and technical teams to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfillment
\n
Maintain accurate CRM records, including call activity, pipeline updates, and follow-up tasks
\n
Perform other sales-driven tasks and initiatives as assigned by management.

Qualifications
\n
\n
Associate’s degree or higher preferred (Business, Communications, or related field)
\n
2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience, ideally in automotive, manufacturing, or B2B environment
\n
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and the ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism
\n
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
\n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems preferred
\n
Team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset
\n
Interest in automotive or aftermarket products is a plus
