Inside Sales Representative
Location: Dallas, Texas 75243 - This position is onsite
Pay: On target earnings $65,000-$100,000 yearly
$18.00 to $20.00 per hour plus commission
(You will also be considered for Lead Generation Representative at $18.00 per hour)
Type: Contract to hire
Schedule: 35-hour work week
M-F 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM CST. (1) hour lunch at noon, and (2) 15-minute breaks paid
Training schedule: M-F 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM CST

Job Description:
- Conduct outbound calls to local stores, restaurants, bars, and shops to introduce POS solutions and gauge interest in receiving a quote
- Qualify prospects by identifying current payment systems and willingness to explore alternative merchant service options
- Request and collect recent processing statements/receipts from interested businesses to support pricing analysis (bonus eligible)
- Accurately document call outcomes, leads, and submitted statements in CRM for sales team follow-up
- Collaborate with sales representatives by passing qualified opportunities for closing POS system sales over the phone

Requirements:
- Must have recent sales experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background check required
