Overview: The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by ensuring the overall satisfaction of the Lawless Group customer base. The inside Sales Representative serves as the primary point of contact for the Lawless Group clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction. The Inside Sales Representative works closely with the sales and operations teams and responds to inquiries, process orders, and proactively identifies opportunities to upsell or cross-sell The Lawless Group Services.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: The Inside Sales Representative’s responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Serve as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries from clients, prospects, and partners. Responding promptly and professionally via phone, email, or chat.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs and preferences, and provide proactive support and guidance to enhance their experience.
• Actively listen to customer inquiries and concerns, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and offering solutions or assistance to address their needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities based on customer interactions and effectively communicate the value proposition of additional services or upgrades.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound freight shipments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products.
• Schedule, book, and track freight with approved carriers and transportation providers.
• Prepare, print, and distribute shipping labels, bills of lading, and other required shipping documentation.
• Verify shipment details, weights, dimensions, and routing information to ensure compliance with company and carrier requirements.
• Monitor shipment status and proactively address delays, discrepancies, or transportation issues.
• Process orders, quotes, and service requests accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and fulfillment of customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including operations, logistics, and billing, to resolve customer issues, escalate complex issues as needed, and ensure seamless customer experience.
• Utilize the CRM system to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications. Provide regular updates and reports to management on customer feedback and trends.
• Stay informed about the Lawless Group’s products, services, and industry trends, and effectively communicate value propositions and competitive advantages to customers.
• Participate in training sessions, workshops, and professional development activities to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service capabilities.
• Outbound telephone prospecting to our existing client base (this is not cold calling) and email marketing.
• Research prospects to understand their market potential and product line opportunities.
• Proactively engage with customers to keep their projects moving forward and set follow-up meetings to keep customers aware of status and lates developments.
• Attend regional and national trade shows when necessary.
• Demonstrate a commitment to excellence, integrity, and professionalism in all customer interactions and represent The Lawless Group in a positive and professional manner.
Required Education & Experience:
• High School diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP is preferred.
• Demonstrated track record for past sales growth and sales experience required.
• Experience in a fast-paced, team, and customer service environment.

Working Conditions:
• This is an onsite position, and you must be available to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00 pm.
• Normal hearing and vision are essential for conversations, receiving information, and preparing documents.
• Sitting sometimes for long periods of time.
• High pressure, with sales targets and performance metrics being central to the role.
