Inside Sales Representative

Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 + Quarterly commissions ($100K earning potential)

Description

Our client is seeking a driven and technically savvy Inside Sales Representative with experience in or related to the electrical power industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing sales team, drive new business, and strengthen long-term customer relationships. What You’ll Be Doing

  • Execute daily inside sales activities including outbound calls, prospecting, and consistent lead generation

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding existing customer accounts

  • Achieve and exceed annual sales quotas through disciplined follow-up and strong pipeline management

  • Collaborate closely with marketing to enhance customer outreach, engage past customers, and develop strategic growth initiatives

  • Represent the company with professionalism, tact, and diplomacy in all customer interactions

  • Attend select trade shows and customer visits (with limited overnight travel)

  • Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and pipeline updates in CRM systems

What You Must Have

  • 2+ years of sales experience related to the electrical power industry, including electrical maintenance, safety, or related fields

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)

  • Demonstrated success in new business development with a strong hunter mentality

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills

  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a small, high-performing team

Salary & Perks:

  • Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 + Quarterly commissions ($100K earning potential)
