Inside Sales Representative

Parts ASAP is looking for an Inside Sales Representative who's confident on the phone, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to turn a customer question into a closed sale. You'll field 50-60 inbound calls a day, track down the right parts, and build the kind of customer relationships that keep people coming back.

This is a high-energy role with real earning potential - your hustle directly translates to your paycheck through uncapped commission.

The Details

• Pay: $18/hour plus uncapped commission
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:30 PM
• Location: On-site
• Call Volume: 50-60 inbound calls per day

What You'll Be Doing

• Handling inbound customer calls for pricing and product availability
• Responding to customer emails within 30-60 minutes
• Entering quotes and invoices into the company's invoicing system
• Sourcing hard-to-find parts from approved vendors when items aren't in stock
• Following up on open quotes to keep deals moving and customers informed
• Logging every customer interaction with clear, accurate notes
• Making outbound calls to past customers to generate new leads
• Building lasting relationships that turn one-time buyers into repeat customers
• Keeping price lists and catalogs accurate and up to date

What You Bring

• Phone confidence - you're not afraid to make calls and think on your feet
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Advanced computer skills (email, Word, Excel)
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-call-volume environment
• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
• Agriculture or construction parts experience a plus
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred, but not required
