Inside Sales Representative - Temporary

About the Opportunity

Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an Inside Sales Representative with a strong customer service foundation on behalf of one of our clients located in downtown Denver. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity ideal for individuals who excel at building relationships, supporting customers, and handling high-volume inbound sales and service interactions.


Position Overview

This role blends customer service and inside sales, with a focus on supporting existing clients, managing inbound inquiries, and identifying opportunities to drive additional revenue. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, responsive, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide product/service information, quotes, and order support
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and service
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
  • Process orders, track shipments, and ensure timely resolution of issues
  • Maintain accurate customer records within CRM and internal systems
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, outside sales, etc.) to meet customer needs
  • Handle high-volume interactions while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or a CSR-focused role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Previous experience in a high-volume or transactional environment is a plus
