Inside Sales Representative

We are hiring immediately for a select group of hard working and driven sales reps to join our Inside Sales Account team.

Our Inside Sales positions require hard-working individuals that thrive in a fast-paced organization and place a High Value on the Customer Journey. The ideal candidate is a relationship builder with a strong passion for sales and success. You will be responsible for managing and growing assigned key accounts and developing new business to Hot Mix Asphalt Producers, Government Agencies, and Paving Contractors nationwide.

What will you do?

• Develop relationships with decision makers and build champions
• \n
• Develop, negotiate, and close new business opportunities through phone, email, and video.
• \n
• Maintain and Grow our Loyal Customer Base by Building Relationships and Solving Problems
• \n
• Use Salesforce to effectively maintain an accurate pipeline of all sales opportunities, contacts and account history
• \n

Responsibilities

• \n
• Become a subject matter expert in our products and end user industries.
• \n
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle: advance sales opportunities and retain business as recurring revenue
• \n
• Quickly convert qualified leads to closed revenue
• \n
• Maintain a comprehensive record of sales actions within CRM system
• \n
• Work cross-functionally to ensure full customer service and improve sell-side opportunities
• \n
• Have a High energy!

• The ability to overcome objections and create solutions to solve problems

Qualifications

• \n
• At least 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience
• \n
• Proven rapport building skills and understanding of industrial markets such as construction, agriculture, transportation etc.
• \n
• Experience selling over the phone utilizing current technologies.
• \n
• Track record of high achievement
• \n
• The ability to make friends easily
• \n
• Have a keen attention to detail and a do-it-right mentality
• \n
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• \n
• High level of capacity to use phone, computer, and associated software.
• \n
