The Inside Sales Representative is a quota-carrying sales role responsible for driving revenue through a combination of outbound prospecting, customer engagement, and account support. This role partners closely with assigned Territory Managers to expand adoption of Sanuwave products across health systems and wound care providers, by working with customers to support pipeline generation and sales execution.

This is a Remote position. Visa sponsorship is not available.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Proactively generate new business through lead generation and evaluation, cold outreach, initiate contact, assess needs, and actively engage with the customer throughout the sales process.

• Engage daily with physicians, clinicians, and healthcare providers to promote Sanuwave as a solution for their patients.

• Support Territory Managers by driving product utilization and pull-through of consumables (applicators) within existing accounts.

• Assist with account setup, quotes, and order facilitation to ensure efficient sales execution.

• Maintain consistent follow-up to advance opportunities and support deal progression and closing.

• Identify and qualify new prospects within hospitals, wound care centers, and outpatient settings.

• Collaborate with field sales to support account penetration and expansion strategies.

• Accurately track activities, pipeline, and progress toward quota in CRM system.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

• 2 – 5+ years of Inside Sales, Medical Sales or healthcare sales experience.

• Proven success meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a quota-driven environment.

• Comfortable with high-volume calling, prospecting, and customer outreach.

• Strong communication skills with ability to engage clinical and non-clinical stakeholders.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

• Experience with SalesForce, Netsuite and MS365.

• Experience in wound care, medical devices, biologics or healthcare technology preferred.

• Knowledge of wound care treatment protocols and reimbursement processes preferred.

• Experience selling into hospitals, SNFs, outpatient wound centers, or physician offices preferred.
