Caldarella’s Restaurant Supply is a family-owned business serving the food service industry for generations. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team.
This is a great opportunity for restaurant managers or hospitality professionals looking to move away from late nights, holidays, and weekend schedules into a more traditional business environment while still using their food service experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with restaurant equipment and supply purchases
- Prepare quotes and sales orders
- Follow up with customers, vendors, and orders
- Communicate by phone, email, and in person
- Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams
- Manage multiple projects and customer requests
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Sales, hospitality, or restaurant experience preferred
- Experience with Microsoft products, ERP systems, or AutoQuotes is a plus
