Inside Sales Representative


We are seeking a motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative to join our team in the restaurant equipment and supply industry. This role supports customers throughout the sales process by preparing quotes, processing orders, coordinating with vendors, and providing excellent customer service.


Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with equipment and supply purchases
  • Prepare quotes and sales orders
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Coordinate with vendors, warehouse, purchasing, and accounting teams
  • Track order status, freight updates, and customer deadlines
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales records

Qualifications:
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
