A leading provider of premium appliance parts is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth through strategic account development and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate is a result-driven professional with strong inside sales or account management experience.

Location: St Charles, IL - Onsite
Type of Position:Direct Hire

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow sales and expand business within existing accounts.
  • Identify and convert new leads into long-term customers through outbound calls, email outreach, and virtual presentations.
  • Analyze customer buying patterns, market data, and sales metrics to develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Deliver impactful sales presentations to internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Collaborate with the product and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met with appropriate parts and service offerings.
  • Monitor and achieve KPIs including revenue targets, customer retention, and new business development goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, forecasts, and sales activity in CRM software.
  • Travel periodically for customer visits, trade shows, or company meetings.

Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B inside sales, account management, or business development in an industry with physical products.
  • Experience selling parts or technical components required
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamic, HubSpot) and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Willingness to travel as needed
