Taldeco is hiring 3 Inside Sales Representatives in Troy, MI. These will help support our Outside Sales Representatives by recruiting talent.
Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers through phone calls and emails to introduce our products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve sales processes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our products.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or related field is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required.
