We are seeking a motivated and personable Inside Sales Representative to join a stable, established software company serving businesses across the country. This role is responsible for responding to inbound interest, qualifying prospective customers, scheduling product demonstrations, and supplementing warm lead flow with targeted outbound prospecting.

Key Responsibilities
\n

- Respond promptly to inbound leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, referrals, and other channels
- \n
- Connect with prospective customers by phone, email, and other outreach methods
- \n
- Qualify leads by learning about each prospect’s business needs, challenges, priorities, and purchasing timeline
- \n
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for the appropriate sales team members
- \n
- Conduct targeted outbound prospecting to supplement inbound lead activity and develop additional opportunities
- \n
- Maintain consistent daily outreach and follow-up activity
- \n
- Build rapport with prospective customers and provide a positive first impression of the company
- \n
- Accurately document prospect interactions, activity, and next steps within the CRM
- \n
- Partner closely with sales and marketing to improve lead quality, messaging, and conversion rates
- \n
- Meet or exceed established activity, meeting-setting, and pipeline-generation goals
- \n
- Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development

Qualifications
\n
- \n
- At least six months of experience in sales, inside sales, business development, customer service, recruiting, or another high-volume phone-based environment
- \n
- Comfortable making outbound calls and maintaining consistent daily outreach
- \n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- \n
- Personable, professional, and confident engaging with prospective customers
- \n
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads, follow-ups, and priorities
- \n
- Self-motivated with a dependable and consistent work style
- \n
- Comfortable working toward individual and team-based performance metrics
- \n
- Coachable and receptive to feedback and training
- \n
- Previous experience working with a CRM or sales engagement platform is helpful but not required
- \n
- Software, technology, or business-to-business sales experience is a plus
