OnPoint CX Solutions is looking for a sales representative to join our call center team in our Henderson office. This person will actively seek out and engage prospective customers to sell our clients product and/or services.

Pay & Schedule:

  • $12/hour base pay
  • Uncapped commission
  • Paid Training
  • Weekly pay
  • Full-time position
  • Monday–Friday
  • Approximately 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (must have open availability)
Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to residential decision-makers
  • Present energy solutions and business service options
  • Build rapport and identify customer needs
  • Meet and exceed daily and weekly sales goals
  • Track activity using CRM and company systems
Requirements:
  • Any type of sales, call center or cold-calling experience is ideal but not required.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Professional phone presence
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
