Position Title: Inside Sales Representative (Home Warranties)

Reports To: Sales Manager / Director of Sales

Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you will be responsible for engaging warm leads and inbound inquiries, educating homeowners about the benefits of our home warranty plans, and closing sales over the phone. 

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers interested in home warranty services.

• Educate and consult homeowners on the benefits, coverage options, and pricing of our warranty plans.

• Follow a structured sales process to drive high conversion rates and meet or exceed sales goals.

• Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and recommend the best warranty solution.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

• Overcome objections and use consultative selling techniques to close sales.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Leadership and peers to continuously improve scripts, strategies, and processes.

• Stay informed on product updates, promotions, industry trends, and competitors.

• Uphold excellent customer service standards to foster long-term customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5+ years of inside sales, call center, or telesales experience (home services, insurance, or warranty sales preferred).

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong phone presence, active listening, and consultative selling skills.

• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

• High energy, resilience, and a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work flexible shifts, including some evenings and weekends, if needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling home warranties, home services, insurance, or real estate-related products.

• Knowledge of basic home systems (HVAC, plumbing, appliances) a plus.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
