Inside Sales Representative

Job Type: Full Time
Shift: 9-5, Monday - Friday
Expected Hours: 40

Our client designs and manufactures customizable interconnected solutions for harsh weather environments. They are looking to bring on an Inside Sales Representative to add depth to its internal sales department, supporting the outside sales team with organizational duties.

Oversee and manage customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
Conduct thorough reviews of purchase order contracts
Process customer orders, communicate requirements to relevant departments to ensure compliance and clarity
Prepare and process customer quotes



Must have proven experience in a sales or account management role in a manufacturing or technical industry
Must have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Must be detail-oriented
Must be proficient in relevant computer applications and software for customer management and order processing
