LHH is partnering with a client in High Point searching for an Inside Sales Representative to join their team! To be eligible for this role, you must have customer service and/or inside sales experience within hospitality furniture. This will be a permanent position, onsite M-F 8-5 paying $65-70k base with full benefits and bonus potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Sales Reps. with quoting new projects and sending out RFQ's

  • Track projects through to completion: enter orders, verify inventory availability, and communicate with logistics regarding estimated project completion/delivery dates

  • Provide client with status updates, shortages, delays, etc.

  • Maintain open order report

  • Sales outreach to obtain new business/client accounts

Qualifications:

  • Must have customer service and/or inside sales experience within a hospitality furniture organization to be eligible for this role

  • Must be proactive, take initiative and not afraid of sales outreach/new business development

  • Must have experience using ERP and Excel
