KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

·       Identify and develop new business opportunities within environmental, industrial, and consulting sectors

·       Respond to incoming client inquiries and provide quotes for laboratory testing services

·       Build and maintain relationships with environmental consultants, engineers, municipalities, and industrial clients

·       Communicate laboratory capabilities, turnaround times, and regulatory compliance standards

·       Prepare and follow up on proposals, bids, and pricing requests

·       Coordinate with laboratory operations to ensure accurate service delivery and client satisfaction

·       Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems

 

 



Required Skills

·       2+ years of inside sales, customer service, or account management experience (environmental or technical services preferred)

·       Familiarity with environmental testing (water, soil, air, waste) or laboratory services is a plus

·       Strong communication and relationship-building skills

·       Ability to understand and explain technical information to non-technical clients

·       Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)

·       Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

This position requires proof of United States citizenship or authorization to work in the United States.
 
DRUG TESTING POLICY
Selected candidates must pass a drug test before starting work with the company. The company will
