We are looking for a motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative to join our gasket manufacturing/distribution company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to build positive relationships with customers.
Take customer orders by phone, email, and other communication channels.
Enter orders accurately into the company’s system.
Check the status of existing orders and provide customers with updates.
Follow up with production, purchasing, and shipping departments to ensure orders are completed on time.
Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, availability, and lead times.
Prepare and provide quotes to customers.
Follow up on quotes and customer inquiries to help generate sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide excellent customer service.
Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping departments regarding order status and delivery.
Handle customer concerns and work toward quick and satisfactory resolutions.
Maintain accurate customer and order records.
Perform other sales and customer service duties as needed.

Previous inside sales, customer service, or order-entry experience preferred.
Experience in the gasket, industrial, manufacturing, or distribution industry is a plus.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work effectively with customers and internal departments.
