Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated, outgoing, and organized sales professional to manage customer accounts and drive sales of floral and grower products, including enclosure cards, envelopes, computer forms, and plastic plant stake tags. This role involves extensive customer interaction, account management, pricing analysis, order processing, and coordination with manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain customer accounts while building strong client relationships.
- Process customer orders, pricing requests, and cost analyses accurately.
- Communicate with customers via phone and email to resolve issues and provide support.
- Assist with production scheduling and coordinate with manufacturing facilities.
- Develop pricing strategies and prepare quotes based on customer requirements.
- Learn manufacturing capabilities and product specifications to better support customers.
