Inside Sales Representative – Guardian Tax | Irvine, CA

At Guardian Tax, every conversation starts with a client who has already reached out for help. Individuals come to us seeking support with IRS and tax debt challenges, and your role is to connect with them, understand their situation, and guide them toward a clear resolution.

This is a fully inbound, phone-based sales role focused on qualified leads. There is no cold calling—just real conversations with people actively seeking assistance. Success in this role comes from strong communication, structured thinking, and the ability to confidently present solutions and close business.

Compensation & Earnings

  • 15% commission on closed deals
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly bonus opportunities
  • Average monthly earnings: $7,000–$13,000
  • Top performers earning $15,000+ per month
  • Paid training with ongoing coaching and support

What You'll Be Doing

  • Take inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief support
  • Evaluate client situations and identify their needs
  • Present clear, tailored solutions
