Inside Sales Representative (ISR) Elisity, an award-winning cybersecurity startup (www.elisity.com) and a Gartner Cool Vendor, is seeking driven Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to join our growing team. This is a US-based position, located in the greater Boston area. As an ISR, you will play a crucial role in our account-based marketing (ABM) and account-based experience (ABX) strategies, identifying and engaging with high-value enterprise accounts for our innovative microsegmentation solution. Key Responsibilities:
Partner with outside Sales team members in specific regions to drive more prospects to test and validate our solution. Hit and exceed individual targets for Qualified First Meetings and Proof of Value (POVs) in conjunction with current and evolving outside Sales Regions. Collaborate closely with marketing and SDR team to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated touchpoints across ABM/ABX campaigns. Execute ABM/ABX strategies to identify, research, and engage with key stakeholders in target enterprise accounts. Develop and implement personalized, multi-channel outreach campaigns (email, phone, social media, etc.) aligned with our ABM/ABX framework. Conduct in-depth research on target accounts, understanding their industry challenges, business goals, and potential pain points that Elisity can address. Qualify inbound leads and conduct initial discovery calls to understand potential customers'' needs, deliver personalized product demos, tailoring conversations to each account''s specific context. Deliver clear, concise product demos during discovery and early-stage evaluations, follow the company demo playbooks, adapt to persona and use case, capture feedback, and continually improve proficiency through coaching and certification. Schedule and set up meetings between qualified prospects and the outside sales team, transitioning comprehensive account intelligence. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and prospect interactions in our CRM and Internal communications systems for the target region, with a focus on account engagement metrics. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and Elisity''s product offerings to provide valuable insights to target accounts. Attend regional Elisity events and trade shows in their territory, working booths, talking to prospects, demoing the product, and booking follow-up meetings.
Qualifications:
Background in Sales & Marketing (Internships and/or early-in-career jobs). Interest in Technology and Cyber Security. Strong understanding of ABM/ABX methodologies and the B2B enterprise sales process. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to various audiences and craft personalized messages. Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales engagement platforms, as well as ABM-specific tools. Demonstrated ability to conduct in-depth account research and leverage insights for personalized outreach. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently via in-office settings and in remote environments while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams that are remote. Bachelor''s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
