TITLE: Inside Sales Representative

LOCATION: On-site in Largo, Florida

COMP RANGE: Starting at $20.00/hour with potential to earn up to $1,800/mo. commission

We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to help grow our business through meaningful customer conversations, proactive outreach, and exceptional service. In this role, you’ll be at the center of our customer experience engaging both new and existing clients, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that make a difference.

Training is so important to us: This role begins with in-person training. Once you’ve demonstrated proficiency, you’ll have the opportunity to move into a hybrid schedule.

As a Inside Sales Representativeyour responsibilities will include:

Drive Sales & Build Relationships (70%)
  • Connect with customers through inbound and outbound calls, building trust and lasting relationships
  • Guide customers through the full sales lifecycle from first conversation to follow-up
  • Educate customers on products and applications so they feel confident in their decisions
  • Identify new opportunities by engaging prospective customers and expanding existing accounts
  • Deliver thoughtful follow-up to ensure a seamless and positive experience
  • Consistently meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals

Strengthen Operations & Customer Experience (20%)

  • Maintain accurate customer and sales data within CRM systems
  • Continuously expand your product knowledge to confidently address customer needs
  • Actively contribute ideas to improve processes, customer satisfaction, and team performance
  • Partner cross-functionally to ensure customers receive timely and effective solutions

Support the Team (10%)

  • Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed to support team success.

Experience & Skills

  • High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
  • 3–5 years of inside sales or customer service experience
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Experience with CRM systems and data entry
  • Familiarity with call center platforms (Five9 experience is a plus)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)

. Qualified candidates will have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a call center environment
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and influence customers over the phone
  • Experience with CRM systems and accurate data entry practices
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with minimal supervision

Preferred

  • Associate degree or higher
  • Experience using cloud-based contact center platforms (Five9 a plus)
  • Demonstrated success in upselling, cross-selling, or account growth
  • Exposure to product education or consultative selling environments
