Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role based in Lennox, CA. The Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound and outbound calls, respond to online and in-person inquiries, and guide customers through the vehicle selection and buying process. Daily responsibilities include qualifying leads, presenting available inventory, explaining pricing and financing options, and following up with prospective buyers to move them through the sales funnel. The role involves maintaining accurate records in the CRM, collaborating with the sales and finance teams, and ensuring a positive customer experience before, during, and after the sale. The Inside Sales Representative will also support lead generation activities, help manage existing customer accounts, and contribute to meeting individual and team sales targets.
