Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role is crucial for driving sales growth and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building relationships, managing customer inquiries, and closing sales in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively with customers via phone, text, email, and in-person to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through follow-up with potential clients.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of our glass products and services to effectively convey benefits to customers.
  • Quoting and Proposals: Prepare and present accurate quotes and proposals, ensuring timely follow-up to secure sales.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the field team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on sales progress, customer feedback, and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a customer service role is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales reporting tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma required; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.

The pay range for this position is $12.00 to $20.00, depending on your level of experience.
