The starting hourly base pay for this role is between USD $27.59 and $36.24 (equivalent to $57,387 to $75,379 per year based on 2,080 hours). In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in Epsons sales incentive compensation plan. Target total compensation is structured under a 70/30 pay mix, with approximately 70% of target compensation represented by base salary and 30% represented by target incentive compensation. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
