Inside Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Excellent communication skills to foster positive relationships, build rapport & trust with clients and foster long term partnerships
• Able to maintain and grow already established relationships
• Strong pipeline management to deliver sales performance and achieve sales goals.
• Drive performance with minimal supervision, effective organization, and strong time management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales environment.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Proficient in Microsoft and knowledge of working thru CRM systems
• Self-starter with time management skills

Job requirements:

• Act as a value-add and problem-solving resource for our customers.
• Guide customers to ensure they receive the right support and solutions.
• Involved in all aspects of sales, quoting, operations, and business functions.
• Reach out to customers via phone calls, texts, emails, video conferences, and visits.
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, navigating required resources.
• Sell parts and field service jobs supporting rotary dryer, kiln, and grinding mill equipment.
• Develop and execute a territory sales plan for multi-state areas.
• Live in the Louisville metro area
• Light travel to west coast territory
• High school or GED degree required.
