About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for building relationships with customers, identifying sales opportunities, following up with prospects, and helping drive revenue through the full sales process.

Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries and follow up with prospective customers
- Make outbound calls and conduct regular prospect follow-up
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales documentation
- Follow up on quotes and open opportunities to help close business
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM
- Track leads, opportunities, sales activity, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with operations, purchasing, and other internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Communicate pricing, product availability, lead times, and project details to customers
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance targets
- Identify opportunities for additional products or services
- Help resolve customer questions and concerns throughout the sales process
- Stay knowledgeable about company products, services, and industry offerings
- Provide regular updates on pipeline activity and sales opportunities to management
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales, customer service, business development, or related experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident and professional phone presence
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills
- Ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers
- Comfortable making outbound calls and generating new business
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities
- Comfortable using CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office or similar software
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, electrical, controls, automation, or a technical sales environment
- Experience selling products, equipment, or technical services
- Familiarity with quoting, proposals, purchase orders, and sales pipelines
- Technical aptitude and ability to learn complex products and solutions
