Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an Inside Sales Representative who will be pivotal in enhancing customer satisfaction, expanding the customer base, and driving profitability. You will collaborate closely with the outside sales team, leveraging your technical knowledge and customer service skills to promote products and provide unparalleled service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate Sales: Generate new and repeat sales by providing timely product and technical information.

• Order Processing: Efficiently and accurately process customer orders.

• Quotations: Prepare quotations for pricing, delivery, and terms.

• Stock Management: Conduct stock checks and assist with product identification and recommendations.

• Order Management: Handle order changes, expedite processes, and manage return authorizations.

• Supplier Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers for cost and delivery requests, purchase orders, and supply source identification.

• Collaboration: Work with the outside sales staff to optimize service for key customer accounts, including inventory analysis and ensuring on-time delivery.

• Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with customers and suppliers to enhance satisfaction.

• Product Expertise: Serve as a product specialist, demonstrating technical competency and becoming the go-to expert for assigned products.

• Storefront Support: Assist walk-in customers and resolve product identification queries.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of technical knowledge/experience

• A customer-centric work ethic with a focus on delivering exceptional service

• Strong problem-solving skills

• Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively

• Experience working within an ERP system, with NetSuite experience being a plus
