Role Description The Inside Sales Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Mickleton, NJ Monday through Friday. This position is responsible for managing and growing customer accounts through phone, email, and in person visits; focusing on building strong relationships and promoting Martins’ product offerings. Daily activities include handling inbound and outbound sales calls, generating leads, processing orders, and following up on inquiries to ensure timely responses. The role also involves daily customer service and administrative functions, coordinating with operations and logistics teams to support order fulfillment, and monitoring customer satisfaction to identify opportunities for upselling. The Inside Sales Representative contributes to sales targets and overall business objectives while providing consistent, professional service to all accounts.

• Demonstrated Inside Sales & Communication skills, including managing inbound and outbound calls and closing sales opportunities.

• Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction through strong Customer Service and responsive communication.

• Proficiency in Account Management, including maintaining relationships, tracking orders, and resolving issues.
• \n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and comfort with phone-based sales.

• Basic proficiency with QuickBooks Software, Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work on-site in Mickleton, NJ, with reliable punctuality and attention to detail.

• Previous experience in food service, wholesale, or a related industry is required.
