Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional inside sales support and customer service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and business partners
- Partner with outside sales representatives to support customer accounts and drive business growth
- Assist with shipping and receiving operations
- Prepare and process UPS and LTL shipments, including Bills of Lading (BOLs)
- Operate a forklift safely to move palletized materials and heavy products
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product replenishment as needed
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person
- Perform general administrative and office support duties
- Maintain efficient day-to-day office operations and work independently when needed
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented, and customer-focused workplace
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or office administration preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Basic computer proficiency, including email and standard office software
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Forklift experience preferred, or willingness to complete training
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
