nOutbound Prospecting & New Business Generation

nxe2x80xa2 Execute high-volume outbound cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach to targeted prospect lists.
nxe2x80xa2 Identify, research, and qualify net new business opportunities within assigned territories and verticals.
nxe2x80xa2 Set qualified meetings and product demos, respond to quote and RFP requests with timely proposals and quotations, with success based criteria around exceeding weekly and monthly activity and pipeline target goals.
nxe2x80xa2 Develop a deep understanding of ConResxe2x80x99s solutions (AI, cloud, security, modern workplace, managed services) to effectively engage prospects and communicate value.
nxe2x80xa2 Leverage sales tools (CRM, sales engagement platforms, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.) to build prospect lists and manage outreach cadences.
nxe2x80xa2 Maintain detailed and accurate records of all prospecting activity, conversations, and pipeline status in the CRM.
nInside Sales Support
nxe2x80xa2 Partner with Account Executives to support existing opportunities and move deals from quote to close.
nxe2x80xa2 Use NetSuite to build and manage customer quotes, process purchase orders, and track opportunities through the full sales cycle.
nxe2x80xa2 Create and maintain accurate contact and account records in NetSuite, ensuring data integrity across the customer lifecycle.
nxe2x80xa2 Track orders through fulfillment and coordinate updates with customers and internal teams.
nxe2x80xa2 Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve order status inquiries and questions.
nxe2x80xa2 Assist with pricing requests, product research, and vendor coordination across our partner ecosystem.
