Role Description This full-time, on-site Inside Sales Representative role is based in Nederland, TX. The Inside Sales Representative will handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries, prepare quotations, and support customers with product selection and solution recommendations for process equipment needs. Daily responsibilities include maintaining and growing assigned accounts, generating new leads, following up on opportunities, and coordinating with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing. The role also involves tracking sales activity in CRM systems, responding promptly to customer questions, and collaborating with colleagues to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will build strong relationships, contribute to revenue growth, and uphold Relevant Solutions’ commitment to efficient, customer-focused service.
