Nucor is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in Oak Creek, WI to manage customer order lifecycles and support profitable market share growth. Key requirements include 1 year of customer service or account support experience, strong communication and computer skills, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Job Responsibilities
Job Duties
Serve as primary customer point of contact to manage quotes, order lifecycles, shipments, and invoicing
Coordinate across Sales, Production, Shipping, and Finance to ensure accurate, timely order execution
Maintain customer relationships to identify volume/margin opportunities and support demand forecasting
Periodically travel to visit customer sites or other facility locations as business needs require

Qualifications
Job Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred)
1+ year of customer service, account support, inside sales, or account management experience
Strong communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
Knowledge or experience in cold finish, steel, or manufacturing (preferred)
Ability to uphold, lead, and initiate strict safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards
