Inside SalesJob Description:In this role, you will work with company-generated leads, guiding prospective customers through the sales process to identify and recommend the best pest control solutions for their needs. You will present service options, negotiate contracts, and close new accounts while consistently working to meet sales targets. Through these efforts, you will help expand the company's customer base and provide strategic recommendations to support new clients.This is an in-office position and requires working from our Orem, UT corporate office.Saela is looking to continue growing and expanding our team while creating long-term opportunities for growth and advancement. What to Expect:You will be expected to engage in both inbound and outbound sales activities ranging from:Customer EngagementAnswer inbound calls from prospective customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate pest control services.Contact and follow up with company-generated leads, offering strategic service recommendations based on each customer's situation.Re-engage previous customers and identify opportunities to upsell current customers.Sales Process and ClosingBuild value in Saela's services while addressing customer questions and concerns.Guide prospective clients through the sales process, from initial inquiry to signed agreement.Negotiate service agreements and close new accounts for inbound and outbound pest control leads.Performance and DevelopmentMeet company performance metrics and consistently work toward sales goals.Participate in weekly mentoring with senior sales representatives and managers to strengthen sales skills and support career and personal growth.
