Inside Sales Representative

Growing industrial products manufacturer needs an Inside Sales Rep to manage key accounts and drive new business — by phone, by relationship, by results.

You'll:

• Own and grow a book of existing accounts
• Negotiate pricing/contracts, quote, and close
• Keep the CRM sharp and follow-ups tight
• Be the voice clients trust for products, pricing, and service

You bring:

• Bachelor's + 1-2 yrs sales experience (industrial/SAP/Salesforce a plus)
• Strong phone & written communication skills
• A consultative approach — you solve problems, not just sell
• Valid driver's license, fluent English

Office-based, Parsippany NJ. Occasional travel for trade shows/training.
