The Opportunity

As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in converting opportunities into revenue. You'll work with warm leads, reconnect with customers who have received estimates, uncover needs, and present solutions that drive results-for both the customer and the business. This is a high-impact, performance-based role with uncapped commission and strong support from leadership and field teams. What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to customers with unsold estimates to close business
• Identify customer needs, overcome objections, and present tailored solutions
• Educate customers on Day & Night's services and value proposition
• Build rapport and trust to drive long-term customer relationships
• Accurately document all interactions in our state-of-the-art CRM
• Partner with field technicians and department managers to maximize conversion rates and appointment strategies

Who You Are
