As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving company growth by connecting with potential customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right pest control solutions. You will manage the sales process from initial contact through closing the sale while providing an exceptional customer experience every step of the way.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume sales pipeline, guiding prospects through every stage of the sales process from initial inquiry to a successful service delivery.
- Respond promptly to inbound leads, answering questions, addressing concerns, and converting interested prospects into loyal customers.
- Conduct a minimum of 50 outbound calls daily to generate new business opportunities, follow up on existing leads, and re-engage previous prospects.
- Build trust and rapport with customers by understanding their pest control concerns and recommending customized service solutions.
- Educate potential customers on Romex services, service plans, pricing, and value propositions to help them make informed purchasing decisions.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals and performance metrics.
- Effectively overcome objections and confidently communicate the benefits of partnering with Romex.
- Accurately document customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates within company systems and CRM platforms.
- Maintain ongoing communication with prospective and existing customers through phone calls, emails, text messages, and follow-up campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with customer support and operations teams.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services and maximize customer value while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and company promotions to effectively position Romex in the marketplace.
- Participate in coaching sessions, team meetings, and ongoing training to continually improve sales skills and overall performance.
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture by sharing best practices, supporting colleagues, and helping achieve department goals.

- Average first-year earnings equivalent to $58,000 – $70,000 (Base pay + uncapped commission)

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements
- 1–2 years of inside sales experience (pest control industry preferred)
- Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
- Strong ability to identify customer needs and recommend solutions
- Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Door-to-door sales experience is a plus
