Inside Sales Representative

FNA is a dynamic organization with unprecedented growth due largely to its ability to attract and retain highly talented associates.We have a challenging and exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative who will achieve sales objectives within an assigned territory, or set of customers, by effectively implementing marketing strategies and sales plans.This position is 100% onsite in Pleasant Prairie, WI, only candidates that can commit to working onsite will be considered. Duties / Responsibilities:Generate new sales opportunities or upsell via phone, email, or other electronic communications.Respond to customer order and quotation requests.Prospect for new sales opportunities via outbound calling and emailing.Manage and grow a pipeline of prospective and existing customers.Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.Collaborate with marketing, engineering, operations, and field sales teams.Active participation in associated trade shows.Required Skills / Abilities:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.Ability to travel, up to 10%.Education and Experience:1-3 years of inside sales or customer-facing experience preferred.Work Hours:Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm with occasional extended hours as required to complete assignments.
