We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to generate new business, grow existing customer relationships, and drive revenue through proactive phone and email outreach.
Generate new sales opportunities and grow existing accounts through phone, email, and electronic outreach.
Conduct consistent outbound prospecting, including cold calling and targeted email campaigns.
Respond to customer inquiries, order requests, and quotation opportunities.
Build, manage, and maintain a pipeline of prospective and existing customers.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Follow up consistently on leads, quotes, and open sales opportunities.
Meet established sales, revenue, and activity objectives.
Collaborate with Marketing, Engineering, Operations, and Field Sales to support customer needs and sales opportunities.
Participate in trade shows and industry events as needed.
Follow established sales processes, pricing guidelines, and company procedures.
Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the entire sales process.

2+ years of inside sales, business development, account management, or related experience preferred.
Proven ability to prospect, cold call, and develop new business.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
Comfortable managing multiple opportunities and maintaining an organized sales pipeline.
Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into appropriate solutions.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and persistent.
Strong computer, email, and CRM skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to travel up to 10% for trade shows and industry events.
