Inside Sales Representative

Full-Time | Onsite

$60,000 - $71,000 Base + Bonus

We're seeking a customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to support customers, dealers, and field sales teams by providing product guidance, quotations, order management, and exceptional service. This is a relationship-driven role focused on helping customers find the right solutions rather than high-volume sales.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer, dealer, and sales inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide product recommendations and application support.
• Prepare and deliver customer quotes.
• Enter and process orders accurately.
• Track orders, shipments, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and operations to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Resolve customer issues and serve as a primary point of contact.
• Support Territory Managers and field sales teams.
• Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication.

Qualifications

Required

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales, sales support, customer service, or account support.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred

• Experience in material handling, forklifts, industrial manufacturing, equipment distribution, rental, or parts/service support.
• Knowledge of forklifts, hydraulics, lift truck systems, or industrial equipment.
• Experience supporting dealer networks or field sales teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
