We're looking for an Inside Sales Representative who enjoys building relationships over the phone and wants to become exceptional at communication.
You'll receive ongoing coaching, weekly role-playing, and one-on-one feedback to continually develop your sales skills.

What You'll Do
Your primary responsibility is helping homeowners determine whether selling their home is the right solution while identifying qualified opportunities for our acquisitions team.
Daily responsibilities include:
- Answer inbound homeowner calls.
- Make outbound calls to new leads, previous leads, and targeted homeowner lists.
- Build rapport and establish trust.
- Understand homeowners' situations, motivations, and timelines.
- Qualify opportunities using our proven sales process.
- Schedule appointments with our Home Buying Specialists.
- Maintain organized CRM records and follow-up schedules.
- Follow structured communication plans through calls and text messages.
- Participate in daily outbound calling sessions.
- Attend weekly coaching, sales training, role-playing, and call reviews.

Compensation
Expected first-year earnings: $40,000-$50,000+
- Base pay plus uncapped performance-based commissions
- Additional earning potential based on results
