The Opportunity

\n

This is a hands-on, full-cycle inside sales role for someone who wants to own their book of business. You’ll manage inbound leads from first call to final invoice, build outbound pipeline of your own, and become a trusted advisor to facilities managers and safety professionals across a national account base. Because this company isn’t regionally bound the way most competitors are, an ambitious salesperson has real room to grow a handful of relationships into major national accounts. You’ll work in a small, tight-knit office with direct access to leadership, learning the product and industry from the ground up. Success here looks like a fast ramp, a growing pipeline, and a book of business that keeps compounding.

Key Responsibilities

• Own a growing portfolio of customer accounts, managing the relationship from first inquiry through project completion.
• \n
• Respond quickly to inbound leads arriving by phone, web form, and live chat, converting conversations into qualified opportunities.
• \n
• Build your own pipeline through proactive outbound calls and email outreach to complement inbound demand.
• \n
• Read roof plans and blueprints to scope projects accurately, and use remote satellite-based audits to assess site hazards from afar.
• \n
• Prepare detailed quotes and proposals, and guide customers through the full buying process from first conversation to signed order.
• \n
• Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts, including multi-location customers with the potential to grow into major national relationships.
• \n
• Coordinate with installers and engineers to support turnkey projects, from technical drawings to final installation.
• \n
• Track activity and pipeline diligently in the CRM to keep leadership and teammates in the loop.
• \n
• Collaborate daily with a small, in-office team and company leadership to solve problems and close deals.

What We’re Looking For

\n

• \n
• 3+ years of B2B sales, inside sales, or account management experience.
• \n
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, phone-heavy, fully in-office environment.
• \n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
• \n
• Curious and coachable, with a genuine interest in learning a technical product and industry from scratch.
• \n
• Organized and detail-oriented, with the follow-through to manage a full sales cycle without letting things fall through the cracks.
• \n
• Motivated by clear targets and uncapped earning potential.
• \n
• Comfortable working with technical documents like blueprints and roof plans (training provided, but baseline comfort with reading plans is a plus).

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in construction, roofing, HVAC, or another hands-on trade.
• \n
• Familiarity with CRM tools like Zoho.
• \n
• Prior B2B sales experience in a technical or industrial products space.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary $50K–$70K, commensurate with experience
